Refund policy

If a document is not what you expected, you get your money back.

14-day refund

If a document or pack is not what you expected, write to [email protected] within 14 days of purchase, from the email address you paid with, and tell us which items you want refunded. We refund them in full. You do not need to give a reason.

Files that do not open

If a file does not open or is damaged, tell us and we send you a working file or refund it, whichever you prefer.

How the refund is paid

The refund goes back to the card or wallet you paid with, through Stripe. Most banks show it within 5 to 10 working days.

After a refund

Please delete the refunded files and do not use them.

Packs

A pack is refunded as a whole.
